Club Wellbeing

Harrogate Triathlon Club can only offer a full schedule of activities if all members adhere to the latest Government COVID-19 guidelines when you are attending training and events.

Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms or a positive test result should stay at home, self-isolate and not attend any Harrogate Triathlon Training sessions and follow the latest government guidlines on testing.

As you are no longer required to self-isolate if you live in the same household as someone with COVID-19, or are a close contact of someone with COVID-19, if you are fully vaccinated, you can continue to attend training on the assumption that you have had a negative Lateral Flow or PCR test and you have no symtoms.

All of us need to play our part by understanding the situations where risks of COVID-19 infection and transmission are likely to be higher, and taking proportionate and sensible action to reduce these risks. Although these are personal choices it is important to consider that other members may wish to continue to take a more cautious approach. We should all be considerate of this and provide the opportunity and space for others to reduce close contacts if they wish. If you have any queries at all about COVID-19 please contact James Hawkins the dedicated HTC COVID-19 Officer at
