Sometimes combined with a bike ride to fountains abbey, run, coffee and cycle home.

Sunday

Group cycle rides

Social rides leaving Harrogate @ 9.00am. Rides start and finish at the same location but split into groups of differing speeds. These rides will often include a coffee and cake stop. These rides are uncoached.

Yoga for triathletes

Fitness Garage, Harrogate @ 6.00pm to 7.00pm and 7.15pm to 8.15pm
Functional yoga to aid better recovery, reduce injury and balance training.
