*all swimmers attending an open water swimming session much attend at least one indoor pool session to ensure suitable water confidence.

**all active OW swimmers are requested to volunteer at water side for 2 open water sessions as a spotter or in the kayak.

*** All swimmers must be able to swim 400m front crawl continuously (doesn’t matter how slow or fast)

**** An eight-week block of adult improvers front-crawl swimming sessions, to help you learn or improve your stroke to help you prepare for your first Triathlon. Please refer to www.gotri.org to book a place on the next course.
